Our agents physically visit the facility — not a showroom, the actual production line. We confirm the factory operates the equipment it claims, employs the workforce it claims, and is not a trading company subcontracting elsewhere.
Documentation & certification checks.
Business license, export license, ISO and product certifications, test reports — verified against issuing bodies, not taken at face value. We confirm a certificate is real, current, and actually covers the product being supplied.
Sample validation.
Before a production run, we validate samples against the specification — independently tested where the program requires it. The sample that passes becomes the contractual reference for the whole order.
Pre-shipment inspection.
Goods are inspected before they leave the factory, against the agreed sample and specification. Defects are caught on the floor — not after they have crossed a border and become your problem to return.
