1. Who we are
EDC operates the website easydistributioncompany.com and provides B2B supply infrastructure services. References to "we", "us" or "EDC" in this document refer to the operating entity behind this site.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data we need to operate the service:
- Form submissions. When you submit a brief through this site, we collect the fields you provide: organization name, contact name, email, country, sector, program type, timeline, and brief content.
- Communications. If you contact us via email or messaging channels, we retain the content of the conversation for the purpose of operating the engagement.
- Cookies. Technical cookies necessary for site operation only. Analytics cookies require explicit consent (see Cookies Policy).
We do not collect: payment details, government identification numbers, biometric data, location data, or browser fingerprinting data.
3. Why we collect it
The data we collect is used only for:
- Responding to your inquiry and providing the service you requested.
- Operational communication directly related to that engagement.
- Compliance with applicable legal obligations (e.g. tax records for completed transactions).

Inquiry and brief data is retained for as long as the engagement is active, and for up to 36 months after the last meaningful interaction, after which it is deleted from active systems.
Records required by applicable tax and accounting law are retained for the statutory period (typically 7 years).

- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of data we no longer need.
- Object to processing of your data.
- Request portability of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing was based on consent.
